Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Network Access Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to this Wi‑Fi service ("Service"). By accessing, connecting to, registering for, authenticating to, browsing through, or otherwise using this Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Data Processing Notice, and all other policies incorporated herein.


2. Definitions

"Business" refers to the owner, operator, manager, affiliates, employees, representatives, contractors, successors, and assigns of the establishment providing the Wi‑Fi Service. "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing the Service. "Device" refers to any equipment capable of connecting to the network.


3. Service Description

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis for general internet access and related connectivity purposes. Availability, speed, performance, quality, uptime, coverage, and functionality may vary at any time without notice.


4. User Eligibility

Users represent that all information submitted during registration or authentication is accurate, current, complete, and truthful.


5. Accountability for Device Use

The User remains solely responsible for all activity conducted through any Device connected using credentials, authentication methods, verification codes, phone numbers, email addresses, or identifiers associated with the User.


6. Information Provided by Users

Users may be required to provide information including but not limited to full name, mobile number, email address, organization name, business affiliation, contact information, authentication information, verification information, and other information requested by the portal.


7. Network Security

The Business may implement authentication systems, session controls, bandwidth controls, content filtering, security monitoring, intrusion detection, traffic analysis, fraud prevention systems, abuse detection mechanisms, and other safeguards.


8. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal activity.
  • No malware distribution.
  • No unauthorized access attempts.
  • No denial-of-service attacks.
  • No abuse of network resources.

9. Monitoring

The Business reserves the right to monitor network activity for operational, security, legal, compliance, troubleshooting, analytical, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.


10. Collection of Network Data

In order to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, the Business may collect and process technical information including:

  • Device MAC address
  • Device manufacturer
  • Device type
  • Device model
  • Operating system
  • Browser information
  • Network identifiers
  • Session identifiers
  • IP addresses
  • Login timestamps
  • Logout timestamps
  • Connection timestamps
  • Session duration
  • Authentication status
  • Access point information
  • Signal information
  • Usage statistics
  • Network performance metrics
  • Security event records
  • Error logs
  • Diagnostic information

11. Device Identification

Devices connected to the Network may be identified through MAC addresses, IP addresses, device signatures, browser fingerprints, network attributes, and other technical characteristics reasonably necessary for operation and security.


12. Session Records

The Business may create records relating to network sessions, including date of access, time of access, session start, session end, duration, device used, access point used, authentication status, and network performance information.


13. Retention of Records

Collected information may be retained for periods determined by operational requirements, security requirements, legal obligations, compliance requirements, audit requirements, contractual obligations, business needs, dispute resolution purposes, fraud prevention requirements, or other legitimate interests.


14. Service Quality

The Business makes no guarantee regarding network speed, availability, coverage, reliability, security, compatibility, performance, or throughput.


15. Content Filtering

The Business may block, limit, restrict, filter, prioritize, deprioritize, or otherwise manage traffic for security, operational, legal, compliance, or business reasons.


16. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."


17. User Responsibility for Security

Users are responsible for updating Devices, maintaining antivirus protection, securing accounts, protecting credentials, maintaining backups, and exercising caution while using public networks.


18. Privacy Acknowledgement

The User acknowledges that internet communications may not be completely secure.


19. Third-Party Services

The Service may interact with third-party systems including authentication providers, telecommunications providers, cloud service providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, and other vendors.


20. Communications

The User acknowledges that the Business may communicate using information submitted through the portal. Communications may include service notifications, authentication messages, security notices, network updates, customer support communications, surveys, feedback requests, loyalty program information, promotional offers, special event announcements, product updates, business announcements, marketing communications, advertising messages, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement communications. The User expressly consents to receiving such communications through SMS, email, telephone calls, messaging applications, electronic notifications, and other legally permissible communication methods.


21. Analytics

The Business may use collected information for usage analysis, capacity planning, service optimization, customer experience improvement, operational analysis, business intelligence, reporting, and statistical analysis.


22. Fraud Prevention

Information may be used to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and policy violations.


23. Compliance

Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, court orders, government requests, regulatory obligations, or law enforcement requests.


24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Business shall not be liable for data loss, business interruption, service interruptions, lost profits, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or special damages.


25. Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Business from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, penalties, and legal fees arising from misuse of the Service.


26. Modification of Terms

The Business may update, revise, amend, replace, supplement, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.


27. Termination

The Business may suspend, restrict, limit, deny, terminate, or revoke access at any time.


28. Severability

If any provision is determined invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


29. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Service.


30. Acknowledgement

By using this Wi‑Fi service, the User agrees to the collection and processing of information submitted through the portal, including device and network information such as MAC addresses, session information, connection logs, and related technical data, and consents to receive service-related, promotional, marketing, and customer communications through legally permitted communication channels.
